Warranty Information

Dave Rowson *Service & Warranty Details - CSP Computer Systems* All of the main CSP system components listed are covered by a minimum two year, all parts and labour warranty against factory defects. If the warranty period is greater or less, it will be so stated within the unit specifications. During the initial two year period, Computer Source agrees to provide full service (in shop) at no extra charge. Out of town customers are subject to travel & expense charges, plus a $20.00/Hour On Site Service Charge. This agreement may be renewed or extended upon request on an annual basis, chargeable at one payment equal to 10% of the original system cost per annum. Payment is due on commencement of service contract. This coverage does not include customer data, operator error, abuse, consumable materials (floppy diskettes etc.), damage or errors due to the use or abuse of software products, environmental hazards such as fire, lightning, inadequate surge protection, flood, or theft. Any third party servicing performed by persons not specifically sanctioned by Computer Source will null and void this agreement, either original or extended. Computer Source Ltd. is not responsible for the loss or installation of any customer programs or data on equipment that is being serviced. *Service & Warranty Details - All other products* For all other products customers are protected by each respective Manufacturer's Warranty. Each Manurfacturer's Warranty will vary in terms of duration and what is covered and it is the customers responsibility to confirm and accept the terms. In the event a product fails within the Manufacturer's Warranty period it is the responisibility of the customer to deal directly with the Manufacturer. We will assist as much we can in providing the necessary contact information. Depending on the item and the circumstances, we may process the warranty claim for the customer for a $25 processing fee plus shipping costs.
